I literally just got home from the Vistana and I had an amazing time! The pace is perfect. We stayed in room 709 with an oceanfront view. The pool may seem small but it isn't and there were times when my girlfriend and I had the pool and hot tub entirely to ourselves. Pools heated btw. The staff here is amazing and the beach is gorgeous. This place is fantastic and we will be returning. Oh and we loved the different lizards and iguanas too!
Unlike Beachwalk, this is located right on the beach. Though comparing it to an urban resort hotel, it is very different. Vistana Beach Club is for low key vibes.
Glad to see this one. We enjoy downtown Stuart, FL and this looks like it’s pretty close. It might be a good alternative for a visit in rotation with Ocean Pointe, Oceana Palms and Crystal Shores.
It is in a quieter part of Florida. It isn't a quick stop off I-95 like Ocean Pointe or Oceana Palms are. We found this one is a little more off the beaten path. It isn't that far from Stuart, Jenson Beach or Port St Lucie. Not as much to do in the area, but still a great place to visit.
Hi Jeremy. I noticed that you went up some stairs to get to the boardwalk and then down to get to the beach. Is there a wheelchair accessible path to the beach? We made reservations for our first stay there, but now I'm worried we won't even be able to get to the water. Thank you.
@@DestinationTimeshare That's unfortunate. I tried to see if I could cancel and use our points elsewhere, but it doesn't seem to be anything available anywhere else that week. As it is, I am losing 3,000 points that I thought I had banked for this year, but Vistana/Marriott says I didn't actually bank. We'll try to make the best of it then.
We've only been to one Worldmark property, Kingstown Reef in Orlando. Compared to that I would kind of agree with you. Though Vistana Beach Club seems to be quite a bit older. Thanks for watching!
We were just looking at this place the other day for a possible spring break destination! The beach area doesn't look that great and like you said that is a small pool for as big as those buildings are!
It is a really nice destination and off the beaten path. The pool isn't ideal, but when we were there it was never very busy. Though it was also cold when we were there with only one day being ideal swimming weather. So many public beach accesses up through there, so you may be able to find one that has a wider stretch of sand. Thanks for watching!
There is only so much that can be done with a resort that is 40 years old. The resort seems to be in good condition and outside of a full teardown and rebuild it will never be on par with the bigger Marriott Vacation Club resorts in the area. Thanks for watching!
I'm at the Marriott grande Vista in a studio and what normally is a beyond exceptional stay has turned out to be horrible. My bed comforter had gore on it and i found out they do not replace the comforter only the fitted and loose sheet. There is no cell reception in my room and I asked to be moved and I got nothing but excuses. And the floor in the bathroom had about 15 nail clippings all around the toilet.
That certainly isn't good to hear. I thought with having duvets that it would mean they wash the duvet cover between each guest. What was it exactly that was on the comforter?
Without getting too gross it looked like dried up bodily fluid. I only noticed it because the top white sheet fell off in the middle of the night. Outside of that the resort is great but the room cleaning was not a positive experience

This can't compare to Beach walk hotel in Hallandale Beach Florida, and the hotel in Hollywood Beach Florida.❤

Unfortunately there isn’t an accessible path to the beach.

We were able to find this resort through RCI. Would you recommend this resort?
The resort does also exchange through RCI. We enjoyed our week there. The resort isn't extravagant but is in a quiet location in Florida.
@@DestinationTimeshare we booked the resort! Keep up the great work!
Reminds me of a Worldmark resort - not bad

The resort looks like it needs some TLC. No comparison to Ocean Pt or Oceana Palms down the coast.

And I even have the cap to prove it. Lol
You know I love those caps. Thanks for watching!
@@DestinationTimeshare I know you do.
