- Thought I'd post a video of last weekend's 3-day Advanced Packraft Course that Dan Hall and I ran for Paddle Tasmania (Sept 2023). These days we run 4 levels of technical packrafting skills courses in addition to river running courses. These are also complimented by river rescue courses run by Paddle Tasmania and commercial operators. As you can see the focus of this course is on boofing and a variety of boofing techniques. We also try to encourage efficiency of strokes and proper stroke technique and placement. Hope you enjoy the video :)

Looks like a good course! Keep the drive alive. Proper instruction is important for paddling rivers. Greetings from British Columbia.
Spektakuläre Aufnahmen. Mega gemacht und super gefahren. Grüße ronactive

Amazing to see so many good packrafters. The community here in norway is also getting better. one of the best boofing advise i have got is to "kick with the opposite leg of your boofing stroke. Almost automatically gives you those powerful up on edge boofs.
When you say "kick", do you mean drive the opposite foot into the footrest? Or upward motion of the opposite knee? Or something else? Thanks!
