+Carlos Lara Yes,, I know, I was not talking about this, I was talking of the importance one musical band can have in a person's life :) I've been listening to Sonata Arctica for almost ten years now, and Tony's voice still gives me chills every time. And I hope it will continue until the day they decide to stop making music (let's pray it never happens haha)
Probably the most influential band for me personally. And definitely the first band I recommend to anyone looking for some good music. I can't really say I've been here since the beginning (only discovered them after the release of Days of Grays), but it's been a good 7 years, during which my views on life and my own music taste has evolved; which I consider Sonata to have influenced greatly.
It has influenced me big time too. Since I was 14 all the way up to my current age of 25 I've been heavily influenced by the songs of this band, the only band I have never ever gotten tired of listening to.
2022, while in Pandemic, in a 2nd Cold War, Economic World Crisis, difficulties in finding a job due to the actual situation and still, I don't get tired of these 3 wonderful masterpieces "unplugged" which help me connect with better days in the past, so that I can keep smiling to the future. Te sugiero que escuches The misery, Tallulah, I have a right, shamandalie, Replica, The end of this chapter, Last drop falls, etc. Tiene muchisimas hermosas canciones con muy buenas letras. Tambien tienen canciones mas rapidas y pesadas, pero con lindas melodias y letras espectaculares. Para mi una de las mejores bandas de los ultimos tiempos lejos. saludos
