I know it’s a television show and it’s edited but it still feels pretty “real.” Kyler comes across really well, like he’s not the problem, and he’s trying really hard. Kliff comes across as the fakest, most inauthentic dude ever. Kliff comes across like Chappelle’s corny white dude character.
Murray was good at the college game where is ability to run was better than most of the other players. IN the PROS the guys chasing are as good as he is. Kyler made the right choice between football and baseball coming out of college to take the money, but he was never going to be a top tier QB in the NFL.

Lot of people confused about Kliff's offense being tailored to Kyler's style....but it's exactly the opposite. Air-raid uses lots of short, quick, pocket passing. Kyler is a play-action, roll-out, mid to deep shot taker. It showed every time Colt McCoy played. He always looked way better in the offense because he's able to play in the pocket. Kyler didn't fit that offense at all.
Here's an answer. Stop handing out extensions to coaches who still have time on their contracts. Make coaches coach out their Last year and then decide.

I think it’s hard to evaluate Kyler given how bad Kliff and the coaching staff were this year. I’m not sure how much of Kyler looking bad both on an off the field was a young player’s reaction to dysfunction and how much was Kyler being bad and childish.

Lot of people confused about Kliff's offense being tailored to Kyler's style....but it's exactly the opposite. Air-raid uses lots of short, quick, pocket passing. Kyler is a play-action, roll-out, mid to deep shot taker. It showed every time Colt McCoy played. He always looked way better in the offense because he's able to play in the pocket. Kyler didn't fit that offense at all.
