Please enjoy this free healing! You may notice energy shaking and vibrating in your body. This is sometimes associated with a concentrated Chi called Kundalini rising up the spine.
If for any reason this becomes too intense don't worry. Shut off the video and practice grounding by getting down on the ground, holding a tree or wood, or metal. If possible go outside and walk barefoot in the grass. What goes up will come back down.
During this healing experience many will have a healing and clearing and some may have catharsis and become emotional.
Blocked emotions hide under every physical issue so this is totally normally and often part of the process.
