You could also camp the B lane if your team is near the A cap.
Some tanks like to advance from their corner into the lane, which can be an easy shot,
NA meta is all going hill on middleburg

Well, at least the good players do, but my teams are rubbish so they all go down xd
In asia if your team stick together on hill there is 60% chances you are gonna win the match.
If they cap A and B just wait for them to rush hill. When they climb shoot them one by one. You got terrain advantage.
If they camp at town just rush them fast. Mt and lt are very useful in this strategy.

Truly helpful, but, we are not always fighting an E 100, sometimes these positions may get you destroyed because someone's reached them earlier
That Desert Sands position is really risky af.

The only problem with these initial positions is that often you see players using them wrong. For example when a medium goes heavy side to take this position, then never returns and instead pushes with the heavies. That or even worse they go the wrong side and take the position just to camp there for way too long. If you use them correctly though they are for sure helpful for increasing damage average per battle.
I thought you said a pro player never takes damage when it’s avoidable... and yet
Hitpoints are a tool, not a hoard...
@@juggernaut7_ just my opinion... and happy’s. I never trade hitpoints even if it’s a positive trade, because you always need to value your HP.
@@innosong8747 Very true. Just, y’know, there are times to put your hp at risk - taking a hit for a big gun on your team, for example. Right?
@@juggernaut7_ yes of course, just sometimes when you poke, shoot a risky shot that only has a 50% of hitting while having a 100% chance of taking a hit back is a bad idea.

The positions in this video are not secret, as much as one may think. And these positions all need slow tanks on the enemy team to work well. Many of these positions also put the player in a place where they need to trade shot for shot. The AmX could have been HE in most of these positions. However, some of these positions are good, such as Castilla. Overall, these video is good, but could be better.

Damage dont matter when the rest of your team does about 1.3k damage or less 😢 thats why Im losing alot
in my su-100 i have like 10 games in a row where my heavies eat all shots and i just unload getting 2k damage but then its followed up by 5 games where im lucky to hit a shot lol
I just started playing this game, thought it was good until I got into rank 5 tanks and up, before rank 5 tanks I was able to handle the whole enemy team by myself even if my team is gone, now, Im constantly the last one alive and all I can do is try and drag it out to a draw and not die so it's not a total loss SMH.
I used to take the first canal position RELIGIOUSLY but now I push into the A cap more ;-;

for hella, there is one more position in the second side of your video, that i like to put most of the tank (except FV4005 and super heavies). It is next to your position to the left that have the rock cover your right and the structure cover your left (it is on the left of 1st rig-line). You can peek out and shoot both heavies and medium from either medium or heavy sides. Every time I spawn that side of hella, I take that position and deal at least 4k damages.

My 2 cents for newbies out there:
These spots dont work for a lot of tanks at ONCE(all at the same time), i would say that most spots in this video, its between 1 and 2* tanks (2* if they time the shots and give space to the other tank to retreat once spoted)
If you see TWO tanks taking one of these spots, please go elsewhere, take a diferent position, spot a side ETC, dont be greedy! if you pile up on a hot spot, you gona get farmed by enemy TD's eventually, or even circled by ligths / meds
if you are the second tank in one of these spots, please give enough SPACE to the first tank to drive BACKWARDS and take cover, dont block your teammates from taking cover after shoting!
Also, if 2+ tanks in same spot, please dont block each other shots, take note that your GUN BARREL will block you teammates shells, dont tunnel on enemies and just zooming/aiming, be aware of your teammates reload times to give them space to shot as fast as posible to maximice DPM and reduce TIME EXPOSED

My problem is other ally tanks blocking my back making it unable for me to take cover😌. Much good read for new tankers in wot blitz🙌👍.
I don't like or use any of the spots mentioned.
Got my own ones, fine-tuned to the speed and role of my tanks. First shot is always free 👍
Blitz is literally just a chess match. You create a good starting position, try not to blunder and set up for endgame, and then execute in the end game.
I personally just shoot people
6:36 Fort Despair ... You come to your bush, you fire a shot.. You want to back off and reverse in to safety, and some noob in his cow tank is sitting right at your arse blocking you.. And then you go BOOM. Thats why I love checking them bushes extra time. You cant imagine how many times I caught a desperate destroyer fighting for the last millimeter of cover with some big ass tank using him as his cover HAHA. This map is just full of this.

You're talking about dealing damage, and yes they are good for dealing damage at the beggining of the game, but after a bit if you stay there you must have a death wish because they're also the best positions at taking damage.
You've missed Ouronegro, Videiras, Porto Yamato, Oasis, Rockfield and Normandia maps

there is also that spot on mayan ruins just above B cap center the HT lane (where the brick wall opens) where you can get a couple shots in tanks crossing to mid map to the twin bridges
You take the outside HT lane and poke the ramp and it only really works with a fast tank against slow heavies.
it's funny when you try this in battle there is 30% chance that'll it'll work if you know what i mean by that for exmple enemies not going there or enemies just kept pushing...

I don’t play low tiers
alecto: if u know how to play an e25 or other cockroaches/pests, then u might have an idea how to play the slab tank (cus the alect looks like a slab). U can either go for quick reload or big dmg when playing this tank depending on ur preferance.
at2: in a nutshell, if newbies don't know how to shoot a hatch or flank an at2, ur a death machine. but ur just free damage if they know what to do. just pray that u will be in ur position on time cus ur very slow.
at8: not as slow, but still slow, and the dpm's great, but the reason why not many people like the tank is because of the large pimple that sits on top of the at8.
at7: pretty much an at8 except u have to face tier 8 tanks and the gun is placed too far to one side.
at15: ur front is only good against tanks that dont have good pen. Ur cupola might be small, but people will still try to go for it. Ur dpm is around 3k, maybe 3.5k, so u can teach them not to aim at ur cupola and permatrack them.
tortoise: a jagtiger with less dpm but more he pen. ur armor isnt great tho, so ur gonna need more cover ur still slow though.
fv215b 183: ur very team dependent cus ur slow and almost no armor at all is put on u. the gun, in terms of dmg, is the best, and ur pen values are high. those are the only good things about the gun. crap reload and accuracy follow. u can try to snipe in it, but ur gonna need rng. If u want this tank to increase ur winrate, u should have gone for a ho ri. ur speed is still low, but not as bad as the others in the line (i think 30 km/h, but its slightly slower than a jag pz e100).
edit: just realised i made a mistake on the at8 (not as slow... ...very slow), so it's been changed and "ur very slow" has been repositioned and changed
At alpesdant my teams usually go thru the water and i would be shooting enemy tanks at one of the bridges so if they want to pass they would have to go thru me >:D

That's some good positions but here is the thing. A lot of good players already know this kind of tricks.
And pre aim on those spots to get some early dmg as well. Especially good players in Tds, can really punish you on some of those early spots.
Not all of them obviously, but some are really risky.
Last map for example, where you try to take those bushes to spot the heavies crossing.
If the enemy has a fast TD as well, like a grille or obj 268 , obj 263 etc. They can assume a counter position, that looks directly at those bush, and the moment there heavies get spotted, they blind fire. Or blind fire in general.
So people need to keep those things mind.
However, the vast majority of the player base are bots, so yea. People should be fine.
