Want to save time in line at Disneyland? Join us for a full day of using Disney Genie+ at Disneyland. We will show you how many rides we get on, if we think it is worth the extra cost, and how much time you can save. Genie+ gives you access to the lighting lane on select attractions, that means you have a reduced wait. If you haven't been to Disneyland in a few years this is basically the replacement to the old Fastpass and Maxpass system... how much was the wait time for rise of the resistance?

Once we were in the actual line for Rise it only took us 15 minutes to get to the first show room and then things moved smooth after that. Keep in mind we were some of the first in line. On the app shortly after we had gotten in line it said the wait time was up to 55 minutes. Hope that helps.

@@kimcollins5002 Yes we watched the fireworks in front of "it's a small world" you get a great view of the projections on the attraction and a good view of most the fireworks. You do miss some of the smaller fireworks up at the Castle and seeing the characters fly over the castle but the crowds aren't so crazy.
