We don't say Zulu, sithi isiZulu, we don't say Xhosa, sithi isiXhosa. The difference is that we have 9 African languages that are recognised officially, in DRC the official language is French.
In Drc there are 5 official language. French, lingala, tshiluba, kikongo and swahili. Most of the people domt speak french between them but lingala and swahili.
French the official language of the DRC? ? Please, ask before posting such. We have 5 recognized official languages in the DRC and more than 500 dialects....✍
I'm South African and I loved it when you made it clear that you pronouncing words best way you can. I don't know why some individuals would think anyone is a recording device. Even us as citizens can't even speak or pronounce a lot of words from other languages in SA.
Exactly 🤷🏾♂️ I'm pedi and I'm struggling with all the nguni languages and I know nguni can speak my mother tongue properly, I accommodate them and they accommodate me and it's how it is Some people love being xenophobic 🤔, a disease we all had untill we got educated Let's educate the haters or ignore them That way we will grow
Currently there are 11 official languages in South Africa. Zulu Xhosa English Afrikaans Tswana Sotho Tsonga Venda Pedi Ndebele Swati 12 is sign language which is not yet official.
We do not have Swati as official language but we have a language that is similar to Swati... Which is Ndebele. They're differ but somehow very similar. So we have 12 Official languages. Good video sisi, keep them coming.❤️
That line "if SA can provide a soft life, why leave Africa" doesn't sit well with me. We can't have everyone here guys, absolutely not. It's 12 official languages...👀👀
@@TinoSparks If SA can provide a soft life for the people of Africa, why go overseas. That's what I got from it. If our countries are struggling, let's not burden other African countries ultimately collapsing them, rather move to the west so that the ones in Africa can have a chance at survival. Gvt is sh!t and many migrants are just useless.
@@kamogelo1735 I know she didn't mean it in a bad way, she was just praising the country but the words also implied what I said even if she wasn't aware. I'm not fighting with her at all but I'm only raising it because many migrants and not just African have that mentality that SA is now their Europe. It was no longer about Tino but migration in general. The topic is just too close to my heart esp when I see what our country is becoming. ILLEGAL migration that is.
South African languages far exceed the 11 +1 official languages. The fact that the languages you counted have been recognised as official doesn't mean other languages are not spoken or don't count. For example we have Nama, spoken in South Africa, Botswana and Namibia, KheLobedu, spoken in Limpopo, Ronga or IsiThonga, spoken in Northern KZN and Mozambique, Hlubi (may sound like a fusion of Swati and Xhosa), there are many more I don't know of. Other languages were not deemed to be official due to similarity to languages spoken by a larger group or simply because the low number of speakers of such a language did not warrant it to be deemed official. There are many other languages that have either gone extinct or moribund.
I love the passion you put in your videos, you will grow to be a force to be reckon with. Keep up the good work Lovely.
thank you so much👏🏾
