    Biggest improvement I found from using FBB workouts is that I'm no longer "1 dimensional". At 53 I'm confident going into the gym that I can complete todays workout, even if it includes exercise I've never done before. 👍👍👍

    Are Eleiko comp bells any good? I've heard mixed reviews about them, especially that they are overpriced for what they are and that they are somewhat lacking quality wise. What's your take on them?

    It’s all 4 moves EMOM(20reps) or each move in a minute (5reps)?

      I would say it is an increasing pattern.
      Min one you do 1 rep for each movement, min 2 2 reps, 3 3, 4 4, up until you are not able to close the complex within 1 min.

    Why do dual squats over single goblet squat

      Dual kettlebell will be a more challenging progression. You can always scale it a step down to single kettlebell goblet squats.
