Sunder sir has pointed correctly on NSE circular
Budget time has changed from 11am to 5pm.
This has got nothing to do with Nifty fall. Doesnt seem it is the trigger.
NSE is trying to kill liquidity for call writers and double returns...but side effect will be on the business of trainer who teach this method of call writing

If investors pledge their Debt funds to trade options, how do you say
"people who buy debt mutual funds Don't Speculate"
It's only because of people using such loopholes to somehow risk a gamble , our authorities have to repeatedly tighten the norms ...
He wants to say that investing in debt funds is not speculation. He didn't say that option trading is not speculation. He further added that stocks may go up and down but debt funds won't behave in that way.
