If that freaked you out you wouldn’t last 2 seconds in a US mausoleum. As you walk down the corridor the dead are on either side of you 4 and 5 rows high.
Did you work out what it was that had freaked you out so badly about the crypt? I'd have wanted to explore every nook and cranny of the place, it looked beautiful, peaceful and fascinating to me.
We Brits used to know how to make churches back in the 12th 13th 14th 15th 16th centuries but we don't make them like EU .Have you been to Malta yet Dan, if not, gooooooooo? you wet yourself ..I not a big God fan but I was truly blown away by Malta's churches and there beauty. You need to go.. 12 miles by 10 miles and over 386 churches and grave yards Dan .Tombs etc etc
