Wish you could provid the recipe and the quantities of the spices. Also I thought you would talk about the preparation of the ghee that was cooking.

    Hello Dr Marianji,
I have been eagerly following you and Dr Naram's videos the last 2-3 years,
2 questions : 1) The ghee - sourcream butter, or organic butter, I've seen older videos with Dr Naram, when you recommended the sourcream butter cooked slowly over10 hours. I've followed that and now recently during lockdown your video suggest just regular organic butter.
    Which is correct, or better?
    2) The mung dal, does it make a difference how you eat the mung beans, since are so many Indian recipies with it from raw salad with soaked or sprouted mung to kichadi, or dosas, and idlis with it. Is it only the soup / dal , that is recommended? My Iranian husband likes your style of dal , which reminds him of Asch, without veggies.
I would appreciate an answer to these questions.
    Thank you ,
I love you and your videos, I am with you,
    Arati

Lemona Lime Actually, yes, she has passed away. I was so shocked to learn this two days ago. See her business FB page under Dr. Marianjii. Not sure if her breast cancer came back or if it was due to an accident earlier this summer.
