- weekends have become very special lately as they truly feel free and fun and mine 😌 but summer weekends are especially beautiful as each day is so long, and so much can happen in just one day - so here's one weekend in my life that felt balanced with bike rides, delicious food with friends and relaxing solo time ☀️

Ok, I learned how to ride a bike when I was 11 but never rode it consistently and so the thought of riding a bike around my city terrifies me. How did you get the confidence??
@@tinajudal Get a friend to take you out! I was in the exact same position and now I ride my bike everyday :)
@@tinajudal Hi! Practicing made all the difference for me. When riding, many things can happen, especially on long rides in a busy or poorly designed city. So, I invested in better gear: a great pair of sunglasses, biking shoes, a more comfortable helmet, and even a couple of caps (lol). I took myself to a park and practiced dodging obstacles and navigating narrow pathways. I learned how to fall better (not to get trapped under the bike) and how to stop fully while going at a decent speed. My goal was to be able to mountain bike, so I took my training seriously. After a couple of weeks, I started tackling uphill and downhill routes. It was rough because I had never trained my eye-to-hand coordination until that point. Long story short, I challenged myself and rode through some pretty sketchy mountain passes and managed somehow to make it out alive. Now, I feel very comfortable using my bike for errands and even grocery shopping. On average, I ride for an hour a day and mountain bike on the weekends when lucky. 💖
Crispy hair is what you want for long holding curls and waves!! You let it air dry until crispy and then use a hair oil and ‘scrunch out the crunch’. The ‘cast’ will disappear but the waves will stay.
