Have you tried to service the generator before? Do you have spark plug removal tips?

Get you a small piece of rubber hose and push it over the insulator. Cut it to the length that works best.. makes the spark plug “Longer”

Do the new plugs need to be gapped?

If you order the Onan kit they are supposed to be pre gapped. Since doing this video the unit starts so smooth.

Didn’t see you gap the spark plug anode? What’s the gap supposed to be?

Supposed to have been gapped before being sent. Hopefully thats the case.
