Thank you for this workout. Getting down on the floor for those moves can be painful for me..at least for now (Working on strengthening my body!). This was challenging esp for the arms! I like that there is cardio in between. I would definitely do this again. I just have to stretch longer and also get used to like the kind of loud coaching

Hi Have just found your workout shows. just completed a boxing exercise but as a 60 year old I need some slower classes would this be possible

It was a great workout. However, the entire time I was distracted due to the talking. It gave me anxiety to match up with her counts. Similar thing happened with her previous video.

Way too much chat for me. Like non-stop. Gives me anxiety. No thanks.
I like her positivity and energy but this workout was a little inconsistent with the reps and counting, especially when she would stop in the middle of an exercise to explain something.
