Yes! Unscented soap works too but I thought soap and wax might crumble too much when mixing it in the stiff silicone.

Your cake came out beautifully Cassie I love it ❤ and yes you are absolutely right about the smell of the caulk even after I’m done using it that smell sticks in my nose for hours lol it’s like a really really strong vinegar smell to me 😂

@@CassieSmallwood I watched it a few times. You said to condition it, roll in a ball, and place in the freezer for a few minutes. I was just wondering. Anyway, awesome job on your cake slices.
@@chandhan74 you bake it after it's shredded. I did watch it back to be sure and I did put words on the screen after it's shredded that say I baked it for 5 minutes. Don't bake it before shredding or it will just crumble when you try to shred it.
What temperature did you bake the clay for 5 minutes?
