He definitely is a "Master". His advice applies to all musicians. He interprets the violin as a human voice which makes it so much more accessible to the student and to all our instruments whatever they may be.
As always you are a splendid teacher: expressive, analytical, generous, and a wonderful model for those who seek your guidance. Thank you so much for sharing this. I learned so much.
Maestro, your masterclasses are so precious! It helps with my practicing, but also help me be a better listener, enjoy more the music I already love. It is so fantastic to get a peek of what goes in the mind of an artist like you, how you make music. Please, continue to upload this fantastic content! It's the best youtube has to offer.🌹
Grande musicista. Grande ispirazione, come insegnante. 🙏
Does anybody remember a wonderful recital by Maxim and Lugansky that was on youtube and now is nowhere to be found on the internet? He wore a white tuxedo and he played for example Hubay's Zephyr, Wieniawksy's Polonaise... anyone??

So true. Drummer here.
There are people who are violinists, pianists, singers, etc. Then there are people like like Vengerov who are MUSICIANS!

Vengerov is my music lighthouse as I have learned so much about what a perormer needs to do by studying underlying music beneath the solo part.

I love to watch, but little too advanced for me. I started violin 12 month ago and I,m 50 years old. It´s never too late to start.
Hope you're still at it!
