Marinate Meat 腌肉 :
600g Pork belly 600克 三层肉
½ teaspoon Salt ½茶匙 盐
1 teaspoon Pepper 1茶匙 胡椒粉
1 teaspoon Five spice powder 1茶匙 五香粉
Ingredients 配料 :
3 Shallots, minced 3粒 小洋葱, 切碎
10 Garlic 10粒 蒜头
20g Ginger, sliced 20克 姜, 切片
1 Cinnamon 1条 桂皮
5 Clove 5粒 丁香
½ Star Anise ½粒 八角
30g Rock sugar 30克 冰糖
2 Dried chilli 2条 辣椒干
1 packet Buns 1包 包子
Seasonings 调味料 :
2 tablespoon Dark soy sauce 2汤匙 酱油
1 tablespoon Oyster sauce 1汤匙 蚝油
1 tablespoon Sesame oil 1汤匙 麻油
