Did you know that there was actually another sadly forgotten star wars game which was called star wars force arena which was a game almost like clash royale where you have to destroy the enemies bases while also defending your base from the enemy player in my opinion it was a great game but for some reason it just disappeared out of no where probably never to be played again
Werid you can still buy and play Bounty Hunter on PS4. It available to this day.
a lot of fond memories with Jedi Power Battles. Plo Koon, all day
Two Star Wars game comes to mind, one I wished to never play again, and the other is a treasure till this very day,
1.)Star Wars:Masters of Teras Kasi for Playstation 1
2.)Star Wars:The Clone Wars:Republic Heroes
why does this 1 existed? 8:10
I feel Empire at War is still pretty memorable, considering the playerbase it still has today alongside the sheer amount of Mods still supported like EaW:X. It’s not necessarily the most relevant but I do know for a fact it’s still played a lot more than other games on this list
I love empire at war one of the best rts games I've seen.
I still play. Nomada Firefox has a great mod for it. It’s hella buggy but fun af
The sheer number of mods for Empire at War is ASTOUNDING. I get a ton of footage from this game for my show Hyperspace Database (shameless plug). It'd be pretty hard to forget this game.
Bounty Hunter is one of the greatest Star Wars games to be released. I still enjoy it immensely.
I plan to buy this game after watching this video.
I'm 27 but somehow never knew about empire at war
You guys just ranked Bounty Hunter number 8 as one of the top Star Wars games. How is this forgotten?
Fantastic game.
Yeah was gonna say...that's one of the best of the best 🤔👊👁️👄👄
@Nick i mean it was always cool, and i also liked it before there was The Mandalorian, and The Book Of Boba Fett...man...i would've creamed my pants. Now, just, meh. I mean still cool, just that i ain't paying for Disney+ 😂
I'd never heard of it and I played sunk 1000hrs into Star Wars Rebellion.
Empire at War/Forces of Corruption is by no means forgotten. It is still available on steam and has got a wealth of mods to it. There was a even a new patch for it a couple of years ago too.
I really enjoyed the game, but I will admit I only cared for the fleet battles. I don't know if I ever even did a ground battle.
Shadows of the Empire was my first N64 game. Beating it at a young age cemented it forever in my heart.
That game was hard af
Shadows of the Empire was my first N64 game-Same here!
Same! I still have it and play through it from time to time, chasing those memories of times gone by just trying to feel what I felt back then. By far one of my absolute favorite Star wars games rife with nostalgia.
@@xTeknoWolfx Sadly my N64 was long gone. Miss the game but can only watch it from UA-cam now.
@@gn019202492000 You can get N64s online for around $150. In my mind that's totally worth it🤙
I'd like to add Star Wars Galactic Battlegrounds, the Dark Forces/Jedi Knight series, and the X-Wing/TIE Fighter series. Oh, and Star Wars Droidworks.
MojoPlays: "Star Wars games everyone forgot"
Me:"You underestimate my power!"
Star Wars: Empire at War is my favorite Star Wars game in general
Loved playing Star Wars Galactic Battlegrounds growing up - one of my favourite RTS games ever!
One of my favorite RTS games growing up as well, along with StarCraft, and Star Trek: Armada. As a kid, I loved watching bases changing appearance when you advance tech levels. Also, the modding community was pretty big, especially after the release of Revenge of the Sith.
The fact this video is 11:38 long is amazing. Also, absolutely LOVED Gungan Frontier. It was a far better nature-based educational game than most!
I expected to see jedi power battles on this list, this one seems truly forgotten though i remember having fun with it back in the days.
Same! One of my favorites. I still own a working copy.
The fact I still play most of these games, just shows my age. And how much new players don't know the history of video games.
Star Wars Rebellion (1998) - possibly one of the most underrated Star Wars games of all time. Taking over the galaxy via diplomacy, by force, getting resources to build fleets, sending characters on missions to spy, assassinate, lead troops or research tech, the actual space battles between fleets. I used to get lost for hours on end. Setting up the best Lan games with Friends to 1v1 and build up our fleet for one giant epic battle that was so big that it took an hour just for our fleets to meet due to the number of ships. It's hard to put all of these memories into words from 24 years ago.
Hell yeah! Thank you! No one remembers that game and was probably the best strategy game on the market at the time, except for Civ.
I have 2 games lost to time:
Star Wars Battle for Naboo, a 3rd person vehicle shooter detailing the events on naboo while queen amygdala went planet hopping. From fighting the trade federation to teaming up with Borvo the Hutt to free your people from labor camps, to the final battle against the controle ship giving anakin time to destroy the inside, there's even a secret level you fight darth maul in his ship.
Star wars command: formerly on Android and IOS platform, this reskin of clash of clans survived for years and gave players a chance to build their own base and side with the republic or the empire during the time of the galactic empire, sadly when fans like me were expecting a force awakens upgrade the game shut down and never returned as if thousands of voices cried out in terror and were suddenly silenced
2 of my favorite Star Wars games not many people have played. Demolition and Galactic battleground
Amazing video of forgot Star Wars games mojo play, fantastic job. I kind love Star Wars Kinect everything about it had lots of fun playing it too.
The star wars wii game was my childhood. That sith droid was always my favourite character and its depressing to see how little content its in
Bounty Hunter is very memorable. One of the best Star Wars games
I feel that Empire at War is not forgotten, I have over 100 hours on it soooo
The Galactic Dance Off mode in Kinect Star Wars had no right to be as entertaining as it was.
For the PS1, "Star Wars; Jedi Power Battles" is one of my favorites. 10 levels following Episode 1's Storyline. Unique fighting style, similar to hack-and-slash PS2 titles, like the Lord of the Rings movie games.
By the way, I LOVE Star Wars Demolition. It's short and quirky and wonderful.
I can honestly confirm that Star Wars ObiWan on Xbox is LIT. A great experience, and honestly if you love different Star Wars games as a way to vacation and sight see in the SW galaxy, smoke you some sherm and play ObiWan. It’s a VIBE
Empire at War was a fun game. I recall I bought the Gold Pack which had both Empire at War and its expansion, Forces of Corruption.
The most forgotten Star Wars game is either Yoda Stories or Disney Infinity 3.0, both of which are personal favorites of mine. Nobody forgot about Bounty Hunter or Shadows of the Empire; they are fondly remembered titles.
I play Empire at War until today. Great fun game.
Who is Quay Gon?
Haven't heard of The Gungan Frontier, but other than that I haven't forgotten a single one of these. Shadows of the Empire in particular is a very well-known game as it was one of the few games of note on the N64. Meanwhile, Bounty Hunter is available on modern consoles. A more accurate title would've been 10 random Star Wars games that are over a decade old.
A truly forgotten and excellent Star Wars game is X-Wing Alliance.
Empire at War is one of the most memorable games in the Star Wars franchise, and it is one of the most memorable RTS games of all time. It is also one of the most modded games of all time. How the hell is Empire at War even remotely forgettable?
Theres no way we forgot about Star Wars: Bounty Hunter lol.
I loved Star Wars Demolition back in the day on playstation 1
I remember racing, the 2 wii games and Empire At War
With so diverse and extensive gaming libraries such as those of the PlayStation consoles or even the N64, this list didn't surprise me that much. There were so many games launched on these older 3D platforms that it's not surprising people forget titles among those they played back in the day. The Wii library was full of low quality games though. Nonetheless, they're part of the history of the industry.
I play Empire at War on a daily basis. In fact, I created the Alliance at War mod on Steam.
As for Star Wars: Obi-wan, I miss it so much. I loved that game. ':^)
Considering people still make new mods for Empire at War, I wouldn't say that everyone forgot about it. I would aslo argue that Shadows of the Empire is very fondly remembered to this day, even if gameplay did not age to well. Star Wars Rebel Assault, or Rebelion? Now those are some forgotten games.
With Microsoft basically saying they are shelving backwards compatibility, there went my dreams of replaying Star Wars Obi-Wan on the Series X 😭
One of my favorite Star Wars games, that's hardly ever mentioned, is Rebellion. I love that game.
I wouldn't agree on the 'Empire at War' entry so much...
Right? I think Galactic Battlegrounds is the one most forget.
Star Wars Obi-Wan was my childhood. i have so many memories. there's this 1 mission where you can run around and gather like 40 enemies and then have this big fight near a waterfall and it was SO much fun taking out all of them with qui-gon kinda just stuck with 1-2 while i'm taking out guys left and right. oh this is a game that i'd insta buy again if they made it backwards compatible. don't even need to remaster,
Empire At War is an amazing fun game that i'm really sad that more games like this haven't been made. forcing Modders to add multiple eras,
Kinect Star Wars was kinda fun to play when it first came out but with the Kinect dying sadly it took this game with it too (still love the songs though)
the Jedi knight games & republic commando were my faves
With how bad Teris Kasi apparently is I kinda want there to be a retry with a Star Wars fighting game. Star Wars as a fighting game could be amazing if it's done right. Sure Star Wars characters have been in fighting games since Teris Kasi but I kinda want a full on Star Wars fighting game with only Star Wars characters, then Indina Jones could be DLC
That Han Solo dancing segment I’ve never seen before and now I need more
I have never forgotten Super Bombad Racing!!!!
I'd probably add the Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi arcade games. People remember the original Star Wars vector game, but the tie in games for the sequels don't really get talked about. You also had Rebel Assault and its sequel. Plus the old Atari games.
I remember Kinect Star Wars from playing the demo on our old Xbox 360 that we sold away. I enjoyed it, really, so it's upsetting to know it had such difficulties in connection that prevented us from truly having fun with it.
Empire at War live on through multiple mods and still has a huge player base, just sayin.
“Star Wars games everyone forgot”
*Starts with Star Wars bounty hunter*
happy star wars day!!! :3
My first thought is that Empire at War is not forgotten. Second one - where is Star Wars Pit Droids? And the most remmbered by me Star Wars game ever - Star Wars: Yoda Stories (aka. Desktop adventures)?!
how dare you include star wars bounty hunter in this list...that was epic :O
anything using motion control tends go wrong...the Wii has taught me this...which is why motion control should ALWAYS be optional...not mandatory. it went wrong in Smash Bros...it went wrong with Mario Party (not to mention looked weird), it went wrong with Star Wars titles, it went wrong with darker games like Fatal Frame...and it DEFINITLEY went wrong with Ju On The Grudge (que the clip of turning around as slow as a snail).
Empires at war/forces of corruption had amazing space battles seeing multiple star destroyers going against liberty star cruisers was intense
I remember most of these. 🤔 This seems more like a mix of forgotten and underappreciated. And no one forget Kinect Star Wars, unfortunately. 🤣
That Bounty Hunter and Obi Wan games were badass. I remember having to redo levels in Obi Wan like the Naboo stuff many times.... particularly the part where you and Qui Gon jump down to save the ppl including Padme from the federation droids. The ppl kept getting shot and dang....then I'd have to start the level from the beginning. 😶 I beat the game, though. Suck on that, Trade Federation! 🤣😉
Kinect Starwars:"However, none of these game modes were that well received..."
You forgot about the dance mode!
...or not.
Shadows of the Empire was a fun game, even if the controls weren't great. Good visuals (at the time) and a great soundtrack.
Man now I feel old. I had a few of these. Some where okay most were terrible.
Watchmojo Forgot Star Wars: Galactic Battlegrounds which was basically Age of Empires 2 in Star Wars form and had aircraft
Star Wars Obi-Wan was ahead of its time
I agree. It was great.
Gamers can say what they want about that Star War fighting game.I didn't think it was bad at all.
5:18 not only those two factions, the republic, cis, new republic, the countless imperial warlords, the Zaun Consortium, the Criminal underworld, dark empire and many more
Honestly these alot of games that aren't forgot on your list and I know plenty of games that have been forgotten that should be on the list, droid builder is one of em
Am I one of the few rare people who know and have played Jedi Power Battles on Playstation over and over until my console got busted?
Wait....these where forgotten? I still remember these.
Did anyone there even play shadows before making this video. There is no time limit! Lol
Bounty Hunter got a re-release on Playstation 4. Fun game. It's not forgotten. Especially now with the extra challenge of the trophies
I thought it got remastered.
Star Wars obi wan was my first Xbox game I played, and I loved it
I remember as a kid loving Super Bombad Racing. But looking back the Phantom Menace setting can be seen as a setback.
If somebody is willing to bring the idea of a Star Wars kart racer, take inspiration from the entire saga, not just one movie.
Plus get a company like Sumo Digital to help you.
As long as Jar Jar is playable, I'm happy.
Yooo I remember those B1 battle droids with electro staffs from kinect star wars hahaha
I feel like "Galactic Battlegrounds" is more forgotten than Empire at War.
I've played Shadows of the Empire and Empire at War. I was surprised to see the latter, since it is still being modded and expanded to this day. Anyhow, for a possible follow up, here are some possibilties:
Dark Forces - Kyle Katarn BEFOE Force training
Dark Forces II: Jedi Knight - Kyle Katarn AFTER Force training
Mysteries of the Sith - Mara Jade finally gets the spotlight
Force Commander - Command land battles on both sides of the war with original characters mixed in.
Rebellion - ...wow, galactic war efforts give you a LOT to juggle.
Clone Wars (pre-Ahsoka) - Rogue Squadron's pre-Death Star little brother
Rogue Squadron 1-3 - ...why didn't we get a fourth game?! Or at least a better third game?
Battlefront: Elite Squadron - Battlefront 3 recycled...and downgraded.
Battlefront: Renegade Squadron - Not all Rebel heroes are clean-cut farm boys with Force powers.
Rebel Assault 1 and 2 - Rail shooting, Star Wars style.
I was going to mention Dark Forces, a really good game, nice story, no longer canon, especially after Rogue One
@@michaelday8459 On a related note, have you seen the Kyle-Katarn-in-Chuck-Norris-Style memes? There's a lovably over the top one about him and the ending to Rogue One.
Remember playing old Lego Star Wars games series and older Star Wars battles fronts on ps 2
Yeah. No one forgot Shadows of the Empire, Bounty Hunter or Empire at War.
I never forgot about demolition it was one of my favorite Star Wars games
Masters of Teras Kasi is a gem. It wasn't the best fighting game compared to others of it's time, but it's the best Star Wars fighting game since (including fighting modes in story driven games). It even had great secret characters, like Mara Jade. BTW, a lightsaber didn't grantee victory, a lot of the blaster wielding foes had killer ultimate moves. Han's could easily juggle you off the screen, the Teras Kasi girl could blow you off the map, or if laying down, it would just obliterate you.
Demolition was definitely a favorite of mine
Wow Star Wars Demolition looked fun
Jedi power battles on ps1 is my all time favourite sw game
Yeah- we didn't go to therapy for all those months to REMEMBER these games...
But you're pretty off on a few games; Empire at War, especially. Mostly thanks to the modding community, the game is still played quite a bit to this day.
SW master of teras Kasi, Spawn the eternal and Blade 1998 games were the first PS1 Games I owned so I have great love for them. Dad got me and my brother a modded PS1 so we could copy Blockbuster games for basically rental prices $5.00 lol
I fucking LOVED Lightsaber Duels! I wanna see it revived! Make it like Samurai Shodown, bring in several characters from the Star Wars canon!
I must play this Obi Wan game!!
Masters of Teras Kasi was actually a fun game.
Star wars bounty hunter was fun and frustrating.
Personally i've found alot of people have forgot or never played: Battle for Naboo or Dark Forces 2: Mysteries of the Sith.
Jedi Power Battles is another great game that NOBODY talks about.
Shadows of the Empire is far from forgotten.
SW fans: Rey is too much of a sue
Dash Rendar: *Existed*
Shadows of the empire I remember playing with my cousins
trust me, nobody forgot Empire at War. the modding community is insane.
Star Wars Shadows of the Empire my very first SW game on the PC
2:02 Mortal Kombat (Star Wars edition)
I loved Star Wars Demolitions
I gotta say, Bounty Hunter, Obi Wan and Lightsaber Duels all seem like a good time that I, unfortunately didn't get a chance to experience. As for Shadows Of The Empire...time has forgotten it? That's news to me. Sure, it's dated and very much a product of it's time, but I played it again about a year or two ago and it's definitely still fun! Even Super Bombad Racing isn't a terrible game. I mean, it almost is, just because it has Jar Jar connected to it in any way at all...but beyond that it's a fun little racer! Not groundbreaking or anything, but competent. I cannot even believe they tried to make a whole Star Wars game centered around the gungans! LMFAO!🤣
star wars kinect was how i got to the franchise
It wasn’t a true game but I have fond memories of the side scrolling LEGO Star Wars The Clone Wars web game with tons of unlockable characters and you can see all the other players walking around.
I still have my PS1 copy of Star Jedi Power Battles!
Maybe replace Empire at War with Galactic Battleground...
you forgot star wars Yoda stories 1997, I never hear about it in any video about star wars games lol
10 Star Wars games that MojoPlays forgot.
Star Wars Galactic Battleground was a better RTS than Empire at War IMO. The graphics weren't as good but it was so much fun, had a sandbox mode where you could design your own battlefields etc.. you could make scenarios with a hundred Jedi fighting a hundred Sith. So much fun.
No love for Star Wars Rebellion. I spent so many hours in that game.
