Peaceful Countryside Felt Scenery | How to Felt a 2D Scenery | Needle Felting

In this video you will learn how to felt a 2D scenery that you can frame and enjoy!
Materials:
A piece of felt cut to fit the frame
A picture frame (I had to remove the glass for my felt to fit inside)
Carded wool
Wool roving
Felting pad
Felting Needles (I used a 36 gauge Star, a 38 gauge Star, and a 40 gauge Spiral/Twist)
Very sharp scissors
Needle felting is an art form that uses wool or other fibers and special needles called felting needles. The needles are different from sewing needles in that they have grooves or nicks on the shaft that serve to knit/weave the fibers together when you poke the needle into the wool. It is a very relaxing and limitless hobby that is not difficult but has unlimited creative potential. Let your imagination run wild!
