But then it turns out that the USB-C is input only! Needs checking with a USB-C to USB-C cable (from Amazon, etc).

If you're using the USB C port, then unfortunately it won't work as it's for input only. Please try using one of the USB type A ports.

When it comes out of the box, it may be partially charged already. You might need to change it for one or more hours until it reaches 100%

Can I use the 67W charger that came with my Xiaomi Phone to charge this power bank safely?
Or a 5.3V/2.0A original Samsung charger?- I was using this one on my 10000mah power bank also manufacture by Xiaomi and it gets hot to the touch. Which is normal I guess. But in a 20000mah power bank, will it be way too much to handle for the charger because it will take 10hrs+ of charging?

You should be able to use the charge that came with your phone. Powe banks have in-built systems that only draw as much power as they need, even though the charger might be able to provide more power.

Not a dumb question at all! Simply use your phone's charger and plug it in either in the USB type C port or in the Micro USB prot. Usually, power banks don't come with wall chargers, as is the case with this one.

The time it takes for your phone to charge largely depends on your phone, but it should be around 3-4 h max. The time it takes for the power bank to get charged depends on the type of charger you're using. This specific power bank has a charging time of about 7h.

It's not powerful enough to rely on as a good option for charging laptops. I suggest looking for a different power bank for that job.

you need to check the input voltage of your laptop and compare it with your powerbank output voltage which will be 5V , yes it can recharge but it will take too much time

It depends on your A and V. But of you use 2.1A and 5V it takes really 7-8 hours
