in a studio a lot of people record a verse/chorus riff or progression, pick the one that sounds the best out of however many times its played (ex. you play this riff for the verse 4 times, then play this riff for the chorus 4 times) and just copy and paste it to make the recording sound perfect. Hes saying don't play the same boring shit over and over, make it interesting.

What i meant was.. expert guitar hero is in some cases harder than actual guitar, guitar hero cannot play songs that sound diffeent on the same fret which you can on real guitar, which makes for more up and down movement along the neck so yes its harder in some cases, i play guitar too i can play some songs perfect on real guitar but not on guitar hero. so ya im serious :-). I disagree dragonforce plays fast but it all makes musical sense...unlike some bands that just race eachother
