They’re saying all this because they miss Khloe as the friend they used to have, this version of their friend isn’t real to them. and it confuses them. Not everybody understands your journey or the way you heal. Some people need to speak their problems away, others prefer to council themselves because they have no problem seeing the world and themselves as they really are and not how they desire it to be, so life isn’t a big unsolvable puzzle. Some people just have the capacity to simply stand up and dust themselves off without running to others for help. This is the epitome of a truly independent spirit.
I think therapy is a good tool for everyone. She clearly bottles in a lot of things. And they come out when she goes back to cheating exes and things like that.
I live inside my house too I NEVER GO OUT these days ! just online shopping and Uber eats 😢 all I know is my bed and UA-cam. And I go to work That’s a boring Life! I need to live before my time runs out smh 🙈

Therapist here! Khloe, that’s a common misconception about therapy.. is that it is only needed when you’re at your “rock bottom”. Therapy is for overcoming any challenges in life… or even for just maintaining your overall mental health, even when you’re in a good place. We could use a little therapy ❤
