- 3 reasons Khloe Kardashian regrets having a second child! Why is it hard for her to raise a boy? It might have to do with some insecurities…Tatum, as haters say, has her “old” face. Knowing Klo’s dislike for her features, she may have a hard time looking at her son. Moreover, Koko admitted to her mother that the baby ate very poorly and suffered from an upset stomach. Due to a surrogate birth, she could not feed her son breast milk, and the formula made the baby sick! It’s still difficult to balance his diet.
