Our Story:
We are four years into a seven year effort of transforming 20 acres of "Piney
Grove" in Northwest Florida into our dream homestead/mini farm to be filled
with animals and joy. We plan to have a variety of miniature critters on our
pastures, raise free-range chickens, grow fish in our pond, garden
organically, plant fruit and nut trees, and harvest wild game. Our goal is
to escape the stresses of corporate life and embrace all that country living
has to offer as we enter the next chapter of our lives. Follow along on our

You have gotten very good on slopes. It's pretty steep. Keep being careful.

The cameras really don’t capture the grade. I filmed some of what I mowed and some I didn’t. I didn’t want to get scolded by the safety police. Didn’t want my wife to see it either.
I bet you will be glad when you can get away from that slope for a bit
It keeps you on your toes! Gotta mow that pond bank every 2 weeks....so that's something to look forward to.
Why don't you back down to the pond and drop the back blade and pull the soil up
I tried that on the other side...once the tires get wet, it won't go up the bank. And the FEL bucket can help push me backwards if I get in trouble! Thanks for watching. Brad&Deb
