You need to know when it's wise to retreat and fight another battle and when it's worthwhile to stand and fight. The aim is to win the war. Even if you have to retreat, you will still have got evidence of their tyrannical actions. * By fight I don't mean physical, I mean metaphorically.
btw, my comment was meant as constructive criticism, not a personal attack at all. i agree with another commenter on here that PTTP was perhaps having an "off day" and no one can say they've never had a bad day so that is more than understandable. it is just that, if you back down so easily, it just encourages the petty tyrants and their goons to try and use the same intimidation tactics again on ill informed people in the future. so in my opinion, doing a weak audit (like this undoubtedly was) could be doing more harm than good by emboldening these sorts of tyrants to abuse their so-called powers and peoples rights in the future.

Great video as always. Your videos prove that the government bodies don't care about the people or their privacy.
@Brian Mooney it probably brightened up their day and gave them something to talk about for years to come.
@Brian Mooney how can you trespass someone from a public area
@@nathanwilson3737 it is a private building which the public are granted access to for a particular purpose. They have certain conditions one of which is no photography if you don't abide by that policy then your right of access will be revoked and if you refuse to leave then they have the right to use reasonable force to remove you. Being an arrogant opinionated obnoxious fuckwit does not excuse you from this
I enjoy your work and how well you articulate yourself and what you are doing. The only disappointing parts for me is not standing your ground. I would request that if they want you removed that they call the police as they don't have the authority to go hands on without you being a physical threat to anyone and warn that that if they do touch you that you will then have their Licience and them up on assault & battery charges. Hopefully they call the police so that they can be educated on the right to film in public and public places.
My old home town! Great audit. Some really useful information on the notice boards which you have kindly passed on to others. I cant understand how these people don’t appreciate the service you are providing on their behalf 👍
My old town too!! God what a shower. I just can’t imagine the reception they’d have got when I was young for being so pompous. People weren’t scared by inanimate objects, lots were risking their lives underground everyday and had stronger nerves!
Bruh...no one cares about that who are you kidding ? XD
Hello girls you made yourself look silly, you don’t know the law. You have no right to privacy you work for the public. You cannot see the irony that you value your privacy but you display other peoples private information for the public to see. You interview people where others hear everything. That’s incredibly selfish.
When my local optician has a privacy screen on their PC's monitors, then DWP should easily be able to purchase them. It's just sheer incompetence and lack of care about doing their job properly that means they haven't ordered any. The screens work, unless you are directly in front of the screen, you can't see anything.
@@cowardsallaround98 Yes. You should stop it.
They don't like cameras because it exposes there incompetancy
Th3 sign says “Welcome “ but the security guard says “go away “
Oh no. They all had a laugh at your expense there.Such a shame, but why oh why didn't you stand your ground and let them screw up. Reporting GDPR is going to be a waste of time ,I fear.
Security guards are stupid let's be honest but when you have staff members acting even more stupid then it's a hopeless case!
I have seen a person with camera been beaten up by a customer
Never seen a building before where the average age of security is 75.
This was not up to your usual standards ? I will let that slide we all have off days but you have now actually empowered the tyrants and encouraged them. Maybe a revisit after your complaints next time request them to get the police
Exactly.
Agreed.
All that security, and not one looks like they could fight the skin off a rice pudding without having a stroke. 🤣
Should have stood your ground, lad. Backing down as you did will only serve to reinforce their ignorance.
They never do. Fear of arrest etc.
100000%
@@stepbackandthink He has stood his ground on many occasions. He has been arrested. Maybe circumstances told him today wasn't the day to get arrested. Choose your battles spring to mind.
@@stuartbrown8259 Spot on chose battles carefully.
@@peterwilliams6956 Time and place to win the battle. Maybe on that occasion, things to do etc, sometimes not worth an arrest or the hassle. Rarely will an arrest happen anyway, because no crime is actually happening.
What a waste of postgraduate education.
Folded like a deck of cards. 👎🏻
THEY JUST DON'T CARE IF THEY BREACH GDPR REGULATIONS.!!!
Their HATRED OF THE PUBLIC FILMING is unbelievable. They walk around with body warn cameras and multiple cameras are on the walls yet you use your cameras they go crazy.!!!!!
Love your videos man and you got a bigger pair of balls than 95% of people and you probably had better things to do than wait an hour or more for the police, but you could have easily taught them all a lesson by having them call the police like in your other amazing audit, which they were in great need of. They would have considered you being 'forced out' by security to be a win and confirmation that they are correct regardless of what you said.
May your amazing work continue. Best auditor out there.
They won that one !!!!!!!!
I'm quite disgusted that my local job centre is so disgusting.
If it wasn't for the unemployed ,,there would be more unemployed ,,look at all the workers they employ to help it's endless 😳
As much as I enjoy your skill in making your case to the simply ignorant security and staff, I am enjoy , even more, when you provide follow up in the form of legal action or written response from the management of these facilities that you are allowed.
unsubscribed (may or may not re-subscribe). you did not even make the least effort to stand your ground. not suggesting you should fight or get physical with them (that would be stupid), but you should not back off or step back if they step up to you. if you are sure you have the right to be there and do what you are doing, then, why run off like that? one mention of we might use force (from only one person and only one time) and you just seemed to use it as an excuse to run out as fast as you could. not worth wasting time to watch these if you fold that quickly and easily. in fact if you give in so easily it only emboldens the tyrants and jobsworths to do the same thing to someone less informed than yourself and abuse their rights at a future point in time.
Would love to have more feedback of your complaints regarding the DWP and GDPR breaches. We’ll done and thank you for highlighting these abuses ❤
Couldn't see anything for those pot bellies anyway!
Watching this video was a shitty way to start my Saturday morning I hate it when an auditor does not stand their ground especially when they say the cops can’t remove them and then they remove themselves
Don't tel them what the police will or won't do just let them come. Its best because they can educate them on the laws as you have helped them to shove you out the door themselves!
You should have tried to sign on!
Unless your going to bring that civil suit against them for threat of violence...you got owned on this one.
The other places could get you out the same way and if they know you dont do anything.
It's like getting your medications at the pharmacy. You can see on your screen which one after I tell you I need one refilled, which one it is. "Sir is that the Lithium or the..." "Yes that's it thanks for letting everyone know the 6 foot rule isn't enough to make it to where they can't hear."
Why do security wear shoes when none of them can see their feet.
Enter the Karen's
Great ,keep em coming brother ..
The tatoos I'm sure are part of the 'macho' intimidation for some security guards
You done well, your were diplomatic and admired your integrity to your fine channel - Power ✔️.
Good job. Keep our workers accountable.
He tried to throw me out for not wearing a mask he soon shut up n went away
Again, excellent work. 👌
I had hoped them goons would of called the police, so they could get educated on public photography.
What a mob!
Hope there will be an update to this one, with regards to gdpr response and threat of violence
Thanks!
They've got lots of QR codes on the board that encourage photographs..
My Sister has complaint about NHS no one is interested!
The NHS complaint system is a joke.
Glad you doing Nottingham that where I from Nottingham sometimes gets forgotten by some auditors
Jobcentre is a soul destroying place.
Their requirements are equally borderline bonkers.
My friends kid has to send out 43 cv's per week and needs to show 12 replies from businesses in 2 weeks.
His problem is... Businesses never reply to blind shot cv's. It's incredibly rare to get a job from a speculative letter and cv
kid can get a supermarket job just like that
You saved all 4 of them a heart attack great job 👏
There must be a secret society that teaches these gorps they need permission to be filmed and you can’t film in public and it your responsibility to guard private information.
@Brian Mooney just like you, simple.
@Brian Mooney Oh dear.
Just bully boys those. You did right to leave that time but a return is defo on the cards 👌 👍 As always Great video.
Brilliant Power
Can't wait for the update....
Their ignorance is beyond belief
5:40 There are some signs saying no recording devices. Yet they have QR codes everywhere. Either recording devices are allowed, or the QR codes are fake. Or it's just a sign to stop the majority of sheeple from using their phone's camera to record the incompetence of the DWP staff.
Good one ! 👌😅
@@cowardsallaround98 You really should stop ... you are making yourself look silly.
3:55 So he's spying on you and seeing what you are videoing. If he's only allowing videoing for looking at job adverts but not other things then it means he's spying on your activities. He cannot do that.
They should be getting on their hands and knees saying thankyou for encouraging them to be more efficient, not throwing you out.
Seems outright intentional doesn't it🤔
Surprised that PTTP did not stand his ground
I think the job centre near us shut their blinds
Clearly those Karen's don't actually understand GDPR nor does it seem that they care
Fairly new to your channel but love your videos. Tyrants on film. They mustn't be allowed to touch you.
Security 1: Auditor 0
Is it in the job description that security have to look as if they are pregnant?
Security was all over you like "blowflies on a cowpat"!
Our version in Australia is called Centrelink, and security there is non existent, as it should be.
@Brian Mooney Security has been needed way before auditors, for a couple of reasons... 1. People who are idiots kicking off because thats the type of person they are, 2.Nice people kicking off, because DWP can drive people to desperate measures. Its been known for people to even set themselves on fire after dealing with the DWP.
Great cast in this Video. Polite persistent and finally firm involvement.
Brilliant, do more job centre plus!
Job Centres are so hapless in dealing with these pests filming 1. Have a sign Access by Appoints Only 2. Secure entry into premises 3. Just refuse entry, don't engage, don't debate anything they say, effectively go away, game over
I also work for ICS security and have worked with one of the security guards lol
What dinosaurs 😂😂😂
have you honestly got nothing better to do than go round job centres and repeating the same thing over and over. lets be honest, who is going to go up to a window and look at the information on the screens. no one xxxxx
The porky bird with the wide awake frock on made me laugh
I personally wouldn’t of moved they now think they can abuse people.
Jesus these public sector works are thick!!
Just a thank you.
