This is the Funasaka brewery in the old historic town area of Takayama. There are about 3 or so sake breweries in this area so it's pretty cool to check them all out, but as far as we saw this was the only one that had the vending machines for easy taste testing! They sell all of the bottles that you are sampling so it's a good way to pick your favorite! Hope you enjoy your trip!
