    Met skip today. Sat down to eat some BBQ at his new restaurant Que 49. While chatting with skip he invited me out to Fish on his personal river front property. He is such a nice guy!! I’m grateful for the opportunity to meet such a wonderful guy

    Great Little movie. I have learned for a while, that BBQ is more a lifestyle than the simple way of cooking.

    I've had bbq from all over the US. Bogart's is as good as it gets. As skip would say...."This is gonna change y're life."
    I'd go to work for him for free just learn bbq.

    wow u guys in the U.S really do BBQ different or maybe its just a different meaning..
    I do love the dedication and I guess you are doing something that many people love to eat.
    It just seams that soo many ingredients are added to the meat that by the end you are really tasting the sauce and spices and not soo much the natural flavour of the meat itself.... but I guess thats what the people love.
    And it sells too.
