Three Legged Dog should be 4th skill. I can do bridge from handstand and almost full split but that Dog is another kind of beast. Lately I got crazy about that exercise. Great content. Cheers!

You can try having someone hold your legs in the handstand, or just practicing with someone there to catch you if you fall over! That way it can be easier to learn the technique to stay stable, and you will eventually feel confident enough to do it on your own and not be scared of falling☺️

If you are scared of falling back when trying handstand I got a tip for you. I learned to bail from handstand when I was 5 or 6 years old and never forgot it and frankly I don’t remember how I learned it. Watch this tutorial ua-cam.com/video/jVSku3y64pc/v-deo.html. Find some mattress or sandpit or beach with soft sand and to gain confidence go for handstand and just fall flat on your back (remember to keep your arms and body straight when falling, don’t curl). It won’t hurt at all if you fall on very soft surface and you will be more confident when you do it a few times. Then practice that bail from that video in the same spot. The guy in that video is switching his hand when bailing. If you are flexible you can do it with just twisting your body and not moving your hand. That’s how I do it. My friend learned to bail from falling back that way after I showed it to him.

    Hey sis! I'm a new follower!❤
Pls I have a problem, I can do cartwheel, bridge, handstand and front and back walkover. But for Ariel and backhand spring I'm scared to jump! Help me pls😢

Hi! I totally understand, the skills where you need to jump are definitely the scariest!! For the aerial, you can try doing cartwheels with more of a run up, gradually start “jumping” into the cartwheel so you get used to the feeling of jumping before you do the aerial! And for the back handspring, try practicing a back walkover with an arm swing. And in the same way, increase the pace of your back walkover more and more, it will soon almost feel like you are doing a back handspring which will make you feel less scared for it :) Thank you for watching and following!🩷
