P L O T:
Following the shocking results of the All Valley Tournament, Season 5 finds Terry Silver expanding the Cobra Kai empire and trying to make his "No Mercy" style of karate the only game in town. Season 5 is just epic and awesome! it’s next level! They really bumped it all up many notches this season! The martial arts were better and it was so great seeing Chozen unleashed!!!!
Season 5 was good, but i didnt like it as much as the others, it felt like there wasnt a main Protagonist, felt kinda empty if you know what i mean, the other season looked nicer when there was a more clear Protagonist, just my opinion.
Seeing Chozen involved in the series was a big highlight for me. His fighting skills are amazing and it's easy to see why he's one of the most popular characters here. The character arc they gave him was brilliant! And to go from being one of Daniel's enemies to being his friend and brother in battle was a surprise to see!
The actors have progressed on their karate journey’s in real life so yes it should be better. Also the writers didn’t hold back this season, in a good way.

@@kyle9558 I’ll give you Kreese. But there are twisted people like Silver that exist that burned peoples houses for even worse reasons. The water park scene was fine though I think realistically Hawk would notice his tube is deflated well before getting up the slide

The teachings of Pat and his legacy are greatly honoured here in this heart touching epic series. Cobra Kai it's a sample of how, when the people involved feel real love and respect for the source material, there's little to no way to go wrong. No pushing of personal political issues, no putting to use of a greatly beloved trademark in order to forcing ideologies and telling everyone what they should think, do or say and putting the story at the service of lecturing, preaching and doctrinizing, just the intention of creating something or continuing and adding so much to something already created but with real talent, creativity, skills, love and respect. This is what I get from everyone involved in the making of Cobra Kai.

I hope Mike Barnes come back for season 6 and maybe Terry Silver but i doubt it. Season 5 was awesome!
they both are coming back Terry Silver went to jail at the end of this season and will make an appearance in the next due to stuff like his court appearance for the Stingray attack as well as manipulating kids etc... and Mike Barnes barely made any appearances in season 5 and would probably testify against Terry Silver in season 6 due to this contract agreement they apparently had and this is just some of the stuff I could come up with. Both characters were instrumental to the third Karate Kid movie and it would be a crime not to give them more screen time in season 6

@@zahidshabir4038 Honestly I still think we might see Silver just because the guy that plays him is perfect he was good in Karate Kid 3 and he never has missed a beat. But I don't believe Barnes will be coming back but I'm real curious to see what season 6 is going to be centered around if it's just going to be centered around krease which makes sense because he's the head of Cobra Kai he always will be at the end of the day. But he's a fugitive so it's going to be kind of different and then let's not forget about the World Tournament that's still in the the back pocket can't wait for season 6 either way but sucks I got to wait a damn year LOL

There's something hilarious about all the BTS training scenes having everyone be masked. Cobra Kai seems about 8 times funnier if everyone was wearing a mask while doing drama about Karate.
