Hi, I also love the Alberto Balsam shampoo & conditioner. I had leukaemia in 2020 and lost my hair so since it started growing back I’ve been really looking after it and it’s paid off thankfully. My hair is now curly and dark (it was dark blonde and straight before my treatment). I have tried a few of the more expensive products but they all seem to leave a residue on my hair weighing it down but when I use the AB it feels clean, light, fresh and smells lovely. Have you tried the Wisabi or ‘new’ shampoo from lush? They stimulate the scalp. I also use an scalp exfoliating brush once a week and have done for 3 years 😊 xxx

Sorry to hear you went through that. I know a couple of people that noticed a complete change in hair texture following treatment. I agree expensive products can feel really heavy. Some times you can't beat the basics. No I've never tried any lush hair care products, I must try as a treat. Exfoliating brush sounds good do you use it when it's wet or dry? X

@@ProjectMumx hi, although the lush products are expensive they do last a long time. I have an ‘everything’ bath on a Sunday which is self care day and use all my nice products then. I use the scalp massager all over my scalp while I’ve got shampoo on. Everything I’ve done seems to have promoted thick new hair. I’m sure your hair will thicken up again. Having babies can affect your hair and you’ve got especially lovely, long hair. I find the more simple the regime the better xxxxx
