One thing I miss in hoods is a wired peak like the Manchester sprayway coats and jackets have, I've still got my old ceramic coats that weren't cheap back in the day and they're still going strong. I ❤snugpak products myself.
Just noticed how massive your biceps are man. I'm so sorry for the nasty comments, I'm only gonna leave nice ones from now on. (don't wanna make you angry) 😠 pmsl! Good review as always. Take it easy big man. 🤗🏴
🤣🤣🤣 photoshopped mate... These Guns are not Toys.. Comes with the job... thanks Lee always look Forward to your comments brother. Thanks very much mate.
Excellent review, thank you. I’m going to replace my worn out military softie with one of these and I’m trying to decide on which size. I get the impression it’s not quite as generous as the old style so I’m thinking of moving from a medium to a large. What size are you wearing in the video here and do you have any sizing recommendations?
Hey Jon apologies. Had a bit of a social media break. No they are a slim fit. Ive gone large.. usually with Snugpak i can get away with a medium... large if i know im going to layering up.
@@OscarOutdoors22 Looking forward to watching! My old softie was always warm enough so I went Arrowhead but I’d love to know see your vid on the Spearhead.
Hi the jacket is probably not wrong with it, but if you have the packing bag in the backpack, it must not be so big packed that they did not make the packing bag like a drybag with the net bottom would have been perfect. Anders
Its a very good jacket, lightweight, but more comparable to the SJ3 in terms of insulation. For a comparable jacket to SJ6 check out the Spearhead at www.snugpak.com ive just picked one up and am testimg before i bring my opinion.
Thanks for taking the time with all your video's - really appreciated 🙏

@@OscarOutdoors22 Yeah, I like a loose fit and the ability to layer up so large it is. Thank you.
@@JonHall005 no problem mate.. glad to help.. ive just bought a spearhead too... will bring that out soon.

What are your heights and weights fellas?
I was getting a snugpak Torrent Extreme last winter but with shielding & lockdown I missed winter. I think get what you pay for with Snugpak.
I have both now. Brilliant jackets both of them.

How is this jacket compared to the SJ6?

Looks ok, but not at that price. 🤔
Yeah a tad on the excessive side.. but worth it I think
