    Hi, is there an efficient way to define varying plate thicknesses (for example bottom plate is made up of 4 different thicknesses based on distance from centerline)

    What boundary conditions should i apply if i want to simulate hull bending moment on that cargo hold ??

      Mahmoud Reda El-Shrief boundary condition of a cargo hull or full global model are mentioned in DNV-GL rules of ship finite element analysis..
