Awesome video. Ordered the shop-vac adapter and pulled about 5 gallons of water out of the clogged lines. Finished things up with a rinse of the lines with a gallon of water/bleach mix. No more shutoffs or errors on the thermostat. It was hotter than six hells in the attic, but it was very cool in the house shortly thereafter. Thanks for taking the time to make the video and helping the DIYers.
Thank you very much for this simple and clear demonstration of how to unclog the condensate drain line. Your video saved me time and money a few years ago and I am returning to it again today for a refresher because my drain is clogged again. Wish me luck :)
New homeowner.
I can do this!
Thanks for the video. Saving money by performing basic tasks is important to me.
GOD bless you!
OH MY GOD... you have no idea how thankful i am for this video..our ac started leaking and i thought we were going to have to pay hundreds of dollars to get it fixed...i googled a little bit to figure out what was wrong and found this video...such a relief. i never would've thought that all i needed was a damn shop vac lol. thanks so much

My shopVac tube fitted perfectly on the drain pipe and it worked perfectly!!!

Thanks! This worked great at my house. It took longer to dig my shop vac out of the garage than it did to clear the lines.

This was great!! thanks so much for the video.. when we stuck the wet vac up to the outlet pipe it opened up and gushed a bunch of green water.. ewwwww.. we did it for 3 minutes and got a big amount of green water out.. I pray this is what it was.. dried up our garage and will watch it.. Again.. thanks for saving us the 150.00 on the service call..
This video helped us cool off and save money as well. Thanks for such an informative video!

Thank you for letting me know about the DIYVAC
Thanks for the tip Doug! Very helpful.
THANKS MAN !!! ( guess I will buy a wet dry vac instead of trying to borrow one form a neighbor ... not a huge investment considering the savings ! ). I heard that in a pinch you can give the tube a short blast with a garden hose and it loosens up the crud and it flows out .... but I can see that your way is the wright way.
Thanks for posting this video. It really helped me.
