If I’m running short of time I speed up all videos, but I have no need to speed yours up. You don’t spend unnecessary time showing each careful cut. I appreciate this. You can still see the before the during and the after without labouring it
Thanks for the lovely comments sue, I will pass these onto chip, Happy gardening 🤗🤗🤗🤗🌳🌳🌳🌾🌾🍀

Hi! I love your channel! What type of pruning shears do you use?
Hi there and thank you for your message the shears I’m using are sheep shearing clippers you can find them online or in most good gardening stores 👍🏼 all the best 🌱 Chip
Great advice Chip. Lovely rosemary topiary and mini lime. I have a forsythia that I have been training as a bonsai. It still is pretty small, about 6 - 7 inches tall. It's in a 6 inch clay pot tight now. Do I wait until it' s a bit bigger to repot? My goal is to put it in a ten inch glazed ceramic pot.
Hi Maria , & thank you for your message 🤠 the tall lollipop topiary is a Blue Arizona Cypress 👍🏼 it does look similar to rosemary foliage .. as for your forsythia the pot its in should be fine, but if you want it to grow more rapidly then repotting it in a bigger pot would help it mature & thicken up .. & after a year or two your could down size back to a smaller pot .. hope that helps
P.s How old is your forsythia?
🌱 Chip
@@ChipsGreenWorld Thanks Chip. The forsythia is just a year old. I think your idea of up potting to get is a bit larger and bushy is a good one. I have also been using wire to train it to look like a little bent bonsai tree. I think it's about time to rewire with a heavy wire too. If I am correct... Do not prune the bush until after it blooms -right?
@@MariaSanchez-zf9cs yes indeed Maria ✅ prune after flowering 🌼 as Forsythias flower on shoots grown the year before .. have fun & hope it goes well.. all the best 🌱 Chip
Wish you would do this in real time.
I will see what I can do for you 👍🏼🎬 all the best 🌱 Chip
