I would 100% dump everything into trying to hit Hong Lim Then use a 1 shot class like Zerk distance tagged in Kama so you can max your mains SP by killing pollies (drop event right now) Oh and buy Loyalty weight (+200) Tet narcs are worth tapping since they are so cheap, or even tungrads Tungrad belt might be worth at min price bases I think a TET khaz accessory (prob ring) would juice you up the most next, that way you can add a crit (3% cup + 100 hp) cup onto it and maybe a +2/3 ap jewel in that slot. Before all of that your gear should be C4-C6, liquidate everything to pre-order min priced caphras so you can go to hong lim (agris grind) Then melt the Hong Lim jewel drops (you need 90 dawn essence to dec tuvala). Every base khazarad is around 10bil btw, and you aren't going to be messing with accessories much so any base tet will last you a long time as you are c4-c10 and getting 3 piece fallen gods (monster dr + monster damage), Kabua (20 monster dr each). Like Hong Lim you can soft cap easily even at 265 AP, just meal, draught and get new precise destruction (100m min listed 6monster damage each). Even a cheap Girin of sorts. Boss might hit you hard so just pop E buff when he spawns -> again its a good spot for progression to hit 300/400 goals.
I really like that idea, I did looked into some accessories to tap, maybe accessories that I've gotten from dark rifts to try and hit as many tet accessories I can to save up for some dawn essences. I'll look into more weights from the loyalty shop and I'll definitely try and get into Honglim base as soon as I can :)) thanks for the recommendation!
Yes usually its Naru (you get this from the QL) enhance it all the way to tuvala. Once you get a pen tuvala, you can have a one time exchange reforge stone to upgrade tuvala from pen to hex

One free pen blackstar aswell as a tet blackstar was given for free in the Y rewards for completing QL + leveling all the way to 61. The third blackstar was from completing the recent season, they give you a reform stone to make a pen tuvala go up to dec tuvala. One you get the tuvala to dec, you can exchange it for pen blackstar. You can only do it once per family
