Sponsorship: Working with communities in Homa Bay, Kisumu, Bondo, Kwale, Kilifi, Machakos & Tharaka.

Plan International Kenya has been implementing Child Sponsorship Programs in Homa Bay, Kisumu, Bondo, Kwale, Kilifi, Machakos and Tharaka Program Units.
Within the operation period, Plan International has partnered with sponsored families, the government and other stakeholders to carry out various interventions in health, education, child protection and livelihoods. These interventions have been continuously informed by Participatory Situation Analysis and data drawn from government and other development-oriented sources. Our efforts combined with the government and other development partners have contributed to improved living conditions of families and communities as well as realization of children's rights.
We visited the beneficiaries and compiled success stories of how livelihoods have been transformed through the Sponsorship Programs.
