Hi, was hoping you could help me. My T30 is activated and doing a great job when I create a hotspot or connect to WiFi, but I'm having an issue with the SIM card in the dongle. It only lights up red, even with the SIM card installed into the dongle. I've tried multiple SIM cards, all from our Verizon phones with an adapter. Any thoughts on what I am doing wrong? Hi Anthony, we heard from some of our customers that Verizon SIM cards are incompatible with the Agras T30 or T10 dongles. We use Tmobile on our remote controllers in California. You could also try an AT&T SIM card. With that being said, you could complete the activation process without a SIM card (as long as the dongle is connected to the remote controller and you are connected to WiFi).
