Interested in a set of your H7 v series for my aftermarket housings. But for some reason the manufacturer of the housing says adding aftermarket led or hid lights will void the warranty and may cause issues with the wiring. They are a harness type housing, where the bulbs are internal with dust/water caps over the sockets and all the wires come out through a seal to a plug. They appear to be very thin wire, but no thinner than the wires coming off the plug from the car's actual wiring harness. So will these be safe to run as my low beams? I really want the crisp white light and better visibility. But i am worried because most all-in-one led bulbs on amazon get horrible reviews, only the ones with external driver boxes seem to get the 5 stars, and i worry about what my housing manufacturer said. If it helps, the housings are made by Spyder auto. They are for a 2017 Focus MKIII.
That usually has to do with HID or overpowered halogen bulbs which get too hot and damage the headlights often. LEDs are more efficient and are much cooler running than factory bulbs so there is no way they could damage any headlights they are installed into. Our V-Series bulbs have no driver so no need to run any wires out of the dust cap, they work just like factory bulbs.
