The reason this video is a notch above the others is that this fella slows it down a bit. You can verbally explain things all you want, but in the end, if you keep your fingers out of the way and slow it down, it will be of help to someone...

the arrow gets put in between the top soft nock and bottom nock directly in the middle of the d-loop
