This player was a real discovery. The available recordings are mostly out-of-the way newish stuff or pop music -- one Enescu recording was excellent. Wonder why she isn't featured more often in composition music.
I always hoped Rusanda would post a performance of the Chaconne from partita #2. The first few bars were amazing! Now PLEASE... the rest??!!! Almost two years with no new vids... 😭

Hello Rusanda, which version of the A string do/did you use ? There are 2 different versions on the medium set. I really loved G, D and E, but A in "warm and broad" version was too weak for me, sometimes the string is not correctly trained by the bow, as if the tension was too high, and it then fails to vibrate. I cannot use this version of A on my violin.

External microphones were also used in the room to capture the authentic sound of the strings. The pick up you see is also a special conceived violin Microphone by REMIC. Check it out!
