You can sort of make a quick but similar tasting sauce using tomato paste, sourcream, chipotle seasoning, salt pepper and chicken stock cube. Cook cauliflower flowrets in the sauce along with some chicken. I would go back to the restaurant for the proper romescu side dish though!

Nah cauliflower steaks taste great, but they do not taste like steak. Treating them as just a normal dish, instead of an actual steak, and you’ll be surprised how good it is
I actually love cauliflower! I personally create a mix of some oil and spices (garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt and a bit of pepper) and brush the cauliflower bits with it and put in the oven.
