In the assembly how-to video, the narrator says "counter-clockwise" when he means "clockwise," and vice versa in the demo of how to adjust the brake resistance. The person doing the demo has it right, however. For example when the narrator says "clockwise," the demo guy gives the lock wheel or thumb wheel a counter-clockwise twist. The narrator's misinformation cost me several frustrating hours trying to adjust the brakes.
I just got a Nitro Sprint Rollator. It came with no instructions. I cannot open it. I have tried to pull it apart to separate it but to no avail. I have looked at online videos that have no sound. I still cannot open it. I am sorry that I purchased this product.
I can’t unlock it as it has a red metal thing holding it together. I phoned ILS where I bought it from & they refused to help. When I look at videos the metalic grip is not shown.
@@truegrit3792 Shortly after I posted the above comment, I opened the rollator and found the instructions inside the storage bag. I am now able to use the rollator. I like the rollator.
I love my Nitro Sprint. Nice big wheels, easy to fold and deploy and no flopping cables to snag up. I took it on it's maiden voyage through a huge county fair and was able to walk nearly 3 miles comfortable for the first time in years. The machine itself got quite a bit of attention which made it even more enjoyable for me. I got the blue one.
Drive should put an armrest and footrest so that when you get tired walking you can relax your arms and legs. OR they should add another model that has this function for those who like .
@truegrit3792 Pull the handles outward until it's opened up, and once it opens up, press down on the seat ends to make sure it is fully open. The instructions are located in the storage bag.

We can't get the damn thing to fold back up all of a sudden. How do you unlock it when the seat is flat and all of a sudden won't budge?

I saw the red one on Amazon for $179, and the black and blue ones were $199.
If you choose just the nitro, it's less, but I prefer the nitro sprint.

I can't open my Rollator
Just pull it apart using both handles. You may need someone stronger to assist.
