Make sure that you read all the one-star reviews. On one site there are eight, all pointing out that the front wheel brackets fail leaving you without a transport chair/ rollator walker. We are waiting for the second front fork to use to repair the right front wheel after installing a front fork for the left front wheel less than a month ago. The reviews should show elderly persons using the product in outdoor settings. I find it ridiculous that spry youngsters do the demonstrations.

I find out on the reviews that it tips over forward easily in transport mode especially going over small bumps and getting on and off elevators. The solution is to back into them instead. I am still planning to get it. In case my mom needs a walker. For now it's mostly for transportation to short appointments.
The people with wheel bearing issues solved it by installing better ones. From a skate board shop.
