I knew he was saying something. At the time I couldn’t understand what he was actually saying but I knew he was either at least saying something or it’s just random static plus this video makes more sense. And it’s impressive Pomni knew what he was saying.

His voice is very distorted and the sounds he makes (like his footsteps) are just random noises. He moves like an NPC and orders the most basic meal. I think he might be one of Caine's first AI NPCs, considering the low quality and the fact that he has appeared before.
