Pressure Washing a Filthy Autumn Patio

- Опубліковано 17 жов 2024
- Check out this filthy autumn patio that needed a deep pressure washing.
We used 90c hot water power washing on this following by a scrub in treatment stage that was essential to bring this patio back too looking fabulous again, This was cleaned about three years ago with a hobby washer but had never been cleaned to a high standard. Now its none slip for the Autumn and Winter months ahead, Another happy customer using Bournemouth Jet Washing Service

You are so tidy, organised and clean... especially your van
What a difference! I was wondering how much of that black spot you were going to be able to get up - there was a lot of it! Looks great, Ricky.
So Ricky that big blue button turns the Radio on LOL😄😄
Hhhaha glad you noticed my new music system
RB, my goodness, what a dirty patio! Glad you could make it beautiful again! BRAVO!!!! 🥰👏👍✨❤

Great Job. One can really appreciate the fact that you put your personality into the videos. A little humor goes a long way.
As a trade professional it's really nice to see how much thought and funds you have put into your mobile rig.
Thanks very much, been doing this for many years now, i find good equipment and the right setup make the work flow go much easier, recently put in a electric hose reel and another one going in this week make things easair as im over 50 now🤣 thanks for watching
Hey Ricky, love your new intro, nice setup you have, good job on the patio pavers
Cheers
Great job Ricky! As you always bring the beauty back to your jobs!
Great job as always Ricky the colour of those slabs is lovely
Holy moley, the black spot was THICK on those stones! Doesn't even look like the same patio anymore; this client's neighbors will be wondering when they got the patio torn up and redone, and how much the new paving slabs cost! 😂
Sure was a dirty one
Hi Ricky, another job well done! Clean, clean. Joyce❤️🙏🇺🇸America
Hey hello Joyce cheers
@@Bournemouthjetwashing Cheers 🍺🍺❤️
I am going to swap my Karcher for the van set up.
Worth the investment, its not as cheap as a karcher though andrew
Wonderful job Ricky always a pleasure to watch what you do and how its done ! that lance your using in the video that controls the flow are they expensive to buy just wondered if there is one about for my K5 or could i get one adapted ? 🤔👍Thanks Rick
Cheers no not expensive its a vari lance i think karcher do one
Hi Ricky, great content as always! On your equipment, why do you have two unloaders and not just a switch valve? Would one 1/2 inch unloader not work for both hoses?
Thanks, thats a good question and the reason is i use K1 and a VB unloaders the VB is semi flow sensitive and i dont like the kick it gives when underload, i switch over to this when doing block paving jobs as its 1/2 i get more flow rate out of this and the power is fabulous for such jobs , the k1 is 3/8 a doesnt give any kickback as its a true flow sensitive unloader i normally use this for the smaller jobs. The reason i havent put hoses on a switch valve as have had these over the years and after time they leak, if i could find a good high quailty one id try that method again. Im connecting the hoses using the M22 i find this is the safest and no leakm if there ever is its just a oring to replace
Nice results Ricky, I cleaned some really dirty concrete yesterday, was almost black in places. Are you finding there’s quite a few really dirty patio’s this autumn, and the same ones where cleaned in the spring 👍
Hello Dave , Yeah some of my customers are having there patios cleaned twice a year now, normally March and October
@@Bournemouthjetwashing Morning Ricky, well if they want them cleaning, we will keep doing them 😀
another great vid! roughly how long do you leave the hypo on before rinsing off please?
🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉😊
That was a grubby one
Maybe the most grubby one of the year andrew
Hi Ricky, nicely done mate , what makes them go so black? Take care fella 🧤👍
Hello mike just the uk damp and dull weather
I feel like all UK driveways and patios should have drains to remove the water
We do get a lot of rain
Can you talk about the products you use?
Hypo and softwash surfactant
