Wow, just wow. This is exactly how I envisioned the end product to look like. I loved every second of this build series, you guys have done a phenomenal job with this car. I literally have no complaints other than I wish the build took longer and I could have more videos of the car to watch.

This is mind blowing how much work and time and anguish went into this build. I would give my right testicle to own a R35 GTR, let alone a base model R34, but to combine the two in such a way is an art that not too many people can master. Chris and his crew have shown multiple times that dreams can come true if you want it enough and have the skills to make it happen. Way to go guys...all of you!

because tommy is a purist, he loves OEM or OEM+ builds that are clean, match and suit the JDM space, i like both perspectives i like the creativity of chris but tommy is right in saying this thing shouldn’t exist aha
When you don't have skills or vision and creativity to pull of something, you become a gatekeeper of OEM/OEM+ your mind gets stuck in one sphere of work which is the common pulling of engines and being a parts changer. Cars are meant to be improved, so that guy needs to get off his high horse.

I love Tommy, but I don't give a flying fuck what he says, this car is unique and awesome, and the effort that went into this, in a tiny space, just shows anyone can pull off an amazingly unique build with near enough basic expertise and not a 6 figure restoration facility ;) I'd change the wheels and go for a more "OEM+" wing tho

Oh yeah I need this motivation lol I'm undertaking swapping an LS3 and t56 transmission, CTSv brakes and magneride suspension into a 95 Camaro that was originally a V6 4 speed auto car. I'm going to be creating a separate UA-cam channel and Instagram for the build, tubular and adjustable everything it's gonna be alot of work 😅

Several months on this build brought to life a great car. The Nissan R69 GTR ladies and gentlemen; isn't she just a beauty. I followed every episode on this build, I recall waiting for each one to come through. I have to say, this is one of the best builds if not the BEST actually. Man you forget how much work that went into build that car. Also I think many people would love to see you finish off the door panels in a better way. Maybe buy a sheet of flat carbon fiber and use that instead of the metal. For the top section leave the metal but wrap it in leather or alcantara. Great job.

It's considered a kit car in the states so it's completely legal when he registers the car it will be registered as an r35 gtr with modifications, same as turning a mitsubishi eclipse into a bugatti the base/chasis of the build is what it's registered as not what it looks like at least that's how it is in the US
Wouldn't it been a lot easier to just drop an R35 engine into an R34 chassis? It just feels like so much could go wrong when it comes to alignment and rigidity when you cut a whole body in pieces and then weld it back together.

An absolutely phenomenal build. I have been R34 fanboy since it was first featured in Gran Turismo, but i think i would take this beast over real R34 GTR. What bothers me though is the fact that you decided to wrap it after such a massive build. It's like building a massive indoor pool area out of marble and then spray-painting it white. A proper paintjob would have been just that tiny extra effort but would have increased the overall value significantly
Also, the good thing about having a R34 is that they come with the RB series engines, so PLENTY of room in the front end to accommodate any engine option!
You boys are legends, the work you put in and the results you achieve in all the projects you undertake are awesome. Looking forward to seeing the new shed and all the goodies that will go into it to make it the ultimate man cave.

Should have left the stock front fenders. Those aftermarket ones look not so good.
don't fit the body b/c r35 is wider. r34 is slimmer so he needed the wide body kit.
It literally needs a widebody because the wheels won't fit due to the R35 being WAY wider than the R34
