I just downloaded the game and I see madara reanimated itachi minato etc at the bottom in the library, so can’t I just take their jutsus? Although they require lots more xp
You need to buy those in order to get their jutsu clothing etc, if you don’t buy them tho you could grind them up to unlock them as playable characters but won’t be able to get their stuff for your character until you bought them
After your done please do some good defense builds with dlc and any item from the tenten shop I need some ideas for op builds and can’t be using these starters
