I just bought mine and this is just straight forward and easy to understand. No intros or sponsors just straight to the point how to. Thanks for the video!
So glad you found it helpful and thanks very much for taking the time to comment! If you have any other questions about the Fitbit Aria 2, let me know and I'll do my best to answer, with a straight to the point how to video if needed :)
Thank you ❤️❤️❤️I am an old person and this set up was just what I needed!! Thank you for realizing not everyone is tech savvy in this world although I have mastered googling and texting 😂😂😂Again, thank you for breaking it down for a senior citizen to understand.
I can only speak from my own experience, but my WiFi router was in a room one floor up and on the opposite side of the house when I recorded this setup video, and the video is in real time with no cuts (except for entering the password), so it only took 10 seconds to connect and was quite easy.
Sorry to hear that. I would follow these steps: (1) Make sure bluetooth is enabled on your phone (2) Make sure you are not using a Mobile Wi-Fi Hot Spot (help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1873/?l=en_US&c=Topics%3AGetting_Started&p=aria_2&fs=Search&pn=1#A2_Hotspot) (3) Check to see if your phone is on the list of compatible devices (help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2315/?l=en_US&c=Topics%3AGetting_Started&p=aria_2&fs=Search&pn=1) (4) Make sure your Wi-Fi router is compatible (help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1873/?l=en_US&c=Topics%3AGetting_Started&p=aria_2&fs=Search&pn=1#A2_Router) (5) If all else fails, contact Fitbit Customer Support (help.fitbit.com/?cu=1)
If you're asking how I got the list of Fitbit devices to show up on my screen, you have to go to your Account Settings within the Fitbit app (from the main dashboard, tap on the icon in the upper right corner), then tap on "Set Up a Device"
Tip if you are resetting your scale. After you delete the scale from your app... then hold down that battery button for like 30 seconds. Doing it for just 5-10 seconds didn't work.

I'm considering getting the Aria 2. But I like the Aria Air as well.
I read some reviews that it was difficult to connect to WiFi if you weren’t in the same room as your router. Is that true?

How do you connect to a router that’s on wpa/wpa2 as it just will not connect! I’m sitting right next to router

How did you get your mobile to be paper of the listed devices?
