No, GIC is not required for second course. For legal break, you can ask your college advisors, they can tell. Because in some courses, it’s not permitted.

(Only those can work who have applied before this date), it would be risky for you. Visa date doesn’t matter, you should proceed according to your study permit. Choose course according to your interest, job prospects and demands here. Doing a job in good position will help you in PR You should apply for your new study permit before three months of expiry of previous one

If your file has been lodged Before 7 October 2022, then only you can work full time! Otherwise students can work only 20 hours a week. Apply for extension atleast three months before expiry.

Yes, 1 year program will get you 1 year PGWP but always check for courses as few programs are not eligible to give you work permit after completion of that program. You cannot extend visa until and unless you have solid reason and documents to do so like LMIA, any further job scenario etc, PR application etc.
Hey, we can work only till the expiry of our previous study permit. For example, our previous one year study permit was till 30 September and I extended it for another year on 21 September. But I cannot work full time after 30 September (previous study permit expiry) Now I can only work 20 hours on sin Yes you can take break before starting another course. That’s legal and can work full time in that break. But if you are continuously studying, you can’t work full time during studies

With one year course, you will get one year work permit. If you will be scoring enough points, no problem, otherwise you have to look for another course or different pathways for same

But it has to be continuous like 1+1

Yes, 1 year program will get you 1 year PGWP but always check for courses as few programs are not eligible to give you work permit after completion of that program.
You cannot extend visa until and unless you have solid reason and documents to do so like LMIA, any further job scenario etc, PR application etc.

Hey, we can work only till the expiry of our previous study permit.
For example, our previous one year study permit was till 30 September and I extended it for another year on 21 September.
But I cannot work full time after 30 September (previous study permit expiry)
Now I can only work 20 hours on sin
Yes you can take break before starting another course. That’s legal and can work full time in that break.
But if you are continuously studying, you can’t work full time during studies

With one year course, you will get one year work permit. If you will be scoring enough points, no problem, otherwise you have to look for another course or different pathways for same
